How to delete your data

Disconnect a single channel

Sign in, open Integrations, choose the channel and select Disconnect.

This immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that channel and stops us receiving any further messages from it. Conversation history stays in the workspace so your records remain intact. To remove that history as well, use one of the options below.

Remove the app from Facebook

You can also withdraw access from the Facebook side, which works even if you can no longer sign in to AiRova Chat.

Go to Facebook, then Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations. Find AiRova Chat and select Remove. Facebook stops sending us new messages straight away.

Delete the whole workspace

The workspace owner can delete a workspace from Settings. This removes the conversations, customers, orders, tags, saved replies, automation rules, channel connections and team memberships that belong to it.

Deletion completes within 30 days. Encrypted backups are rotated out on the same schedule.

Ask us to delete it for you

Write to privacy@airova.ai from the email address on the account, and say what you want removed: a single channel, a single customer record, or the whole workspace.

We confirm the request within 5 working days and complete it within 30 days. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account first, so that nobody else can delete your data.

If you are a customer of a business that uses AiRova Chat

If you messaged a shop and want your conversation removed, ask that shop, because they control their own records. If you cannot reach them, write to privacy@airova.ai with the name of the business and we will pass the request on and follow up.

What we keep, and why

After deletion we retain only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records for accounting, and minimal security logs. These contain no conversation content.
